Mine also displays a leading zero but it works if you have the correct contact list loaded.
Have you uploaded a Ham contacts list to your radio? There's one here in the " Custom Contact List (.CSV file) (Download Only)" section that works.

Does it display any information for other ID's or is it just that specific ID? and was it working with that ID before? If the ID is not in your ham contacts list then it will only display the ID without showing the full contact information screen. If it was working and now it isn't.. Try re-flashing your ham contacts, which can be annoying if you want the entire database of 171k contacts, as it can take 45 minutes to write

Sure I only did a fw upgrade to the latest one and yes I did reflash the list, even 3 different to exclude an error in one of them

I have found quirky things in the Radio ID field of parts of the DMRnet.ID database that can cause this issue. My post also includes an example CSV file and screen shots that show the issue with details of the actual contact causing the problem. I would suggest something like this may be affecting your custom contacts file too.
To test this theory, ask a friend on DMR to help you with some test transmissions - or if you have a second radio you can do your own testing. Replace all the Radio IDs in your faulty CSV file with your friends DMR ID (or your own if you're doing your own testing) and save the file with a new name. Now upload just the 16Byte version of that file to the CDR-300. Do a test transmission and see if the contact details of you or your friend now display correctly. If they do then your CSV file has the same issue as mine and the problem is in the Radio ID field.
It took me some time to find the culprit but it turned out to be the last contact in the list. I don't know if the position on the last line was relevant but just changing that contact's DMR ID to another number resolved the issue. In the end I used the original Radio ID and just moved that contact to another position in the list and the problem went away, so that contact's DMR ID was fine as long as it wasn't on the last line.
Deleting empty rows and columns below and to the right of the database to remove any weird hidden characters had no affect.
I have now created separate CSV files for Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and Canada and so far the problem has only occurred in the Australian contact database. After testing each country separately, Ive now combined them all into a working CSV file.
