can you tel us more about your setup? Do you have a watt meter in line to check your SWR and Power out? How long is your transmission before it power off? Have you updated to July 1st Firmware? What is you timeout timer set for?

You have not answered all my question?
Do you have a watt meter in line to check your SWR and Power out? no Dont assume that your antenna and or coax are good. You should always check your SWR and Power before you start using a radio. Commercial antenna usually are not in the ham bands.
How long is your transmission before it power off? Please answer this question?
Have you updated to July 1st Firmware? yes
What is you timeout timer set for? 500s is too long your time out timer should not be more than 120 to 180s 2 to 3 min per transmission is more than enough. 500 sec is nearly 8.5 min.
When you say other have the same probleme, what are they doing can they log on this forum and put their condition.

oK Andre I have done a test on my lunch hour CDR-300 TX on 446.500 Analog High Power 14.3w in a dummy load at 1.00 SWR and i did talk to my self for over 3min and Radio never went off. I did the same think on DMR TG302233 transmitting on a Dummy load at High power and going out thru my Hotspot fo exactly 231.5 second (3.85 min and no shutdown. So all i am telling you guys if the radio if the radio is shutting down by it self it is probably that it have self protection for high SWR or antenna mismatch. So get yourself a SWR Meter and a Dummy load do a ther into a dummy load . If testing in a dummy load the radio does not shut off then your antenna is the problem.. We can not put this as a fault to Kydera. You have to prove that you anenna and cable are at very low SWR and you will need to provide a picture with time when it shutdown and SWR level. Hope this will answer your questions and for other that may have similar issues... CHECK your SWR and POWER it done not take much to kill your Radio.

I did answer your question how long are my transmission. As some that I puch the PTT the radio go off sorry not to be exact that take 1 to 2 second not long to say ve2. Last time I check my swr it was 1.5 6 month ago.
Thank for your help you don't have to right in red and capital letter for some people it and insult. I might only have a basic license in amateur radio but I know what I'm doing. Again a big thank you for your help and remove my name for the forums.😡
