kydera cdr-300uv

i have the kydera cdr-300uv the trouble i'm having is when i try to read radio comes up for a split second then i get data mistake on the computer never had this problem until now my radio and codeplug worked like a dream,, went to add a couple of channels now it wont read,,,, any ideas would be greatful.....
