Everything worked without problems, with the advent of fresh software I decided to update, but I found that the radio was not detected when connected, I checked it on the other 4 computers, there are no changes, what to do 
?
last time I programmed about 2 months ago, no problem!
connecting and removing the cable strictly turned off the radio!
RESETTING settings in the menu DOES NOT HELP!
