Please answer those questions below so we can try to help you out. - What type of radio? Kydera, Retevis or Radioddty?
- When you first got the radio was it working properly?
- If so did you read the original codeplug and saved it?
- When you used the IAP to flash a new FW to the radio did you open with Open APP File the bottom one?
- When the firware update was completed did the IAP powered off the Radio?
- What was the firmware file name that you did use to update the radio? and where did you get it from?
- Where did you download your IAP? Mine is 1.0.51 since day one and never had problems.
I am assuming that your COM port on the IAP was COMMx \DEVICE\PROLIFICSERIAL0 and you did put you radio in programming mode with P1 and Power at the same time?
Once you have answered these question i will be able to analyse and try to help.
Also try to keep your Power Supply to 13.8 vdc, 14.5 is too high. Standard voltage is 13.8

I managed to restore window A and window B. via CPS - - - ZONE CHANEL- - - ZONE1- - - CHmode - - - digital.a table opened with previously programmed digital channels with which I bought it and the firmware passed. I have a Kydera CDR-300UV transceiver.
I bought it 1 month ago ,it worked fine.
I turned it on at first from 12 v but the power =15vat and at 13.8 if there is no voltage drawdown, then 19.5 vat at 145. 500 a at 433.500 at 13.8 V power 12.7 vat. According to the description, you can include 13.8+ - 10% and this is 1.38 v. 13.8+1.38=15.18 V. I tried from 14.5 v.
BUT I agree we need 13.8 v
I accidentally clicked OK in the menu on (Are you sure restore factore setting?).
The APRS icon(icon) was distorted.But APRS worked.
I turned on the APRS in an analog with a power of 4.7 watts.I set the transmission every 30 seconds to 144.800. And at the same time he worked in an analog at 144.500.
The power was 19vat.At the same time, the transceiver turned off and turned on (rebooted) .and the power of 4.7 watts fell to 1.5 watts and still remains so.Periodically, it changes to 0.45 wat or sometimes 3.9 wat (cmam jumps by itself). Then I downloaded various software mainly from RT73
I installed the software from Retevis RT73 C7000_ICON_160*128_V4 RT_20210505.I wanted to restore the correct APRS icon in the menu, but nothing worked, although APRS worked. I was told that the programs from Retevis RT73 are suitable for Kydera since the manufacturer is the same.
Everything seemed to work, but then a failure occurred. window B was blocked .Window A worked in an analog in VFO. I wanted to put the channel number and the window in the menu
