I have 2 mobile radios and they both shows the same serial number info after reading the radio

I do also have 2 and they show the same serial and i bet you that your serial are the same as mine and many others. First time have seen a Chinese Radio without serial number on the label. I have plenty of them and they have all a serial number on the plate or under Battery plus ESN. My guess 1:all radio's are clone or 2: CPS is having a serious problem. But if CPS read the same number for everyone then i would opt for #1 What about those who have a portable? Same Serial?
