sorry, not is a tones by they can be heard ONLY by turning the radio on and off, as if they were capacitors that are discharged ... and they can be heard in the speaker, some colleagues say they hear them too! so maybe NOT just my faulty radio?
It's not normal ! Mine does not do it. Sounds like a bunch of cheap capacitors in some production runs. Try turning off on an unused channel...and turning back on again...it may be the audio amp powers up last and shuts down first.
hi, I don't understand if a problem with the codeplug (but I don't think so!) or with my radio:
- on a radio link as well as hearing the news of my country (which is what I have planned) I also hear other local news programs ....
how is it possible ? and I have not activated the promiscus mode,is a radio defect, a BUG ?
but also to you when it turns off and on it makes a strange noise (like a "fast" BRRR ...) very annoying in the speaker, only in mine or to you too?
Check what Group Receive List (GCL) you have assigned to that channel. If you only want to hear 1 group on that channel, make a GCL with only that 1 group in it, and assign it to that channel. If you assign "none" you will only receive private calls to your radio ID.
