I would like to replace the microphone. Has anyone done that? I would like to use the front plug. I have Kenwood mic and that doesn't work so it's not wired like a Kenwood.
Does anyone have a the pinout diagram for the microphone?

Hi Barry,
RJ45 connector pins
1 = NC
2 = TXD ( TTL-programming )
3 = MIC
4 = GND
5 = PTT and RXD ( TTL-programming )
6 = GND
7 = + 8 V DC
8 = SPK
TXD and RXD are TTL-Level for programming, maybe RXD and TXD will be changed each other, because it´s a look from PC or from the radio. I´ve build me a programming-cable for the RJ45-plug because it is easier to plug in and out, than the 2.5 / 3.5 mm plug at the left side.
