Try unplugging the programming cable on the radio end and plug back in again. I had the same issue and that seemed to fix it.

OK problem fixed!! the cps doesn't like running in 2560x1440. adjusted resolution back to 1920x1080 and all is good again.

It works on monitors like 2560x1440, but don't maximize program window to full screen.
