Has anyone else had issues with the API programmer being quarantined by their antivirus software?

I downloaded the latest CDR300 firmware update file and noted the IAP programmer wasn't included? I want looking for my previously installed one and found the shortcut but the actual program was missing.

I then downloaded the RT73 IAP programmer but as soon as I unzipped it I got a message saying it had been quarantined and deleted by my antivirus.
