I couldn't see this listed here as a feature improvement, but the current user volume setting needs to be stored in memory so it can be recalled the next time the radio powers up. The present preset value of 10 is way too high for my mobile environment.

The present preset value of 10 is way too high for my mobile environment. set the volume as you like, and while "vol" sign is flashing, press and hold B/E key (far right key) Holding B/E key worked perfectly thanks. I didn't see this in the manual.
