Hello,
Kydera contact list has a lot of missing data, especially for EU amateurs (I suppose of the GDP), however, the city from where someone is, I suppose it is not breaking any laws, so you can download the complete (full data) list using tool from here:
Download the Anytone AdresTool v 2.00a.zip, when downloaded, unpack, and run AnytoneFlashTool.exe
Click "Download Updated Userat.csv" button
After that, you will have userat.csv file in the same folder, open it with MS Excel or Libre Office (Open Office)
Remove fist column (No.) and last three! (Remarks, Call Type, Call Alert) Rename column “State” into “State/Prov”
Save the CSV, and directly import it into CPS. It will take about an hour, but you will have now full caller ID on screen while talking to someone.

I prepared a few datatbases yesterday. You can import directly into 300UV/880UV:
