Im keen to update the firmware released today, at point 10 on the instructions it says "load the latest contact csv file in you new CPS." Can some please tell me how this is done as I want to get this right. thanks Graeme Vk2GCF..

Go to "Contacts" -> "Ham Contacts" Then "Import" the CSV provided in the archive. If you want only the callsign, then select 16Bytes, otherwise (callsign, name, location) select 128Bytes and then "Write". The 16Byte should be fast when writing to the radio. The 128Byte takes about 45min.
