What exactly is not working? All of it or just one or more channels don't work.
First thing I noticed working through your codeplug was Radio Name you have as DMR and that should be your callsign.
I have yet to work out how operating on MARC and BM works with TG rewrite on a duplex hotspot, I have it sorted on a simplex one but duplex I have issues with, so for now running two hotspots at home but a single simplex one in the car. I take it you are using reflectors to achieve this where I am using TG rewrite.
Apart from that one thing that caught my attention is in your hotspot channel for 4000 you have tx and rx on different timeslots. That I have not seen before. I have seen it setup as two channels, one on TS1 and the other on TS2 so that you can get in on either TS to release from say TG 91 when its busy.
Hopefully others will have more informative feedback. Seems there are a few of us noobies working our way through the idiosyncrasies of the Kydera codeplug.

Radio name dosen't matter, only the ID is important. What I've seen, you're using different time slots for RX and TX except TG1. Sometimes your RX-Timeslot is turned off. I'm not sure if this is important as I never noticed this setting in other codeplugs from other brands before.

There is a dedicated area on the board for uploading codeplugs etc kydera-ham.boards.net/board/13/codeplug-area-upload-downloadand I note the comments from ZL2NAT on one such codeplug late last month that are key for those used to using other brand codeplugs: - You have no TalkGroups in your Contact list. Even though you have Talk Groups setup in your channels, you need to add the Talk Group to contact list. - RX List - once you have added your TalkGroup to contact list, you need to also add them to an RX List. In Digital Channels, under "GCL" heading, you need to select the RX list. Otherwise you won't hear any traffic. - Time Slot 2 is selected. I assume this is hotspot. If so, you need to set RX/TX Time Slot to "off" This is a bug, it may be fixed soon. -TX Policy (digital channels) - you have set to "impolite". It should be "Polite to Color Code"

Is you hotspot Duplex? as i see split freq. you need to program everything as a repeater. so according to your CodePlug you are on CC1 buy TS is your problems BOth have to be the same. TS1 or TS2 the only time you put a TS=Off is for Simplex Hotspot. So the line in green should be the onlyone working the yellow has to match TX time slot Here is my CP. Hotspot and RPT mixed
